Five rounds of interview with behavioural questions in relation to Amazon's leadership principles. Questions would have be answered with reference to the candidate's past experiences.
Each round ended with a discussion surrounding a hypothetical legal scenario.

Pre-screen with recruiter. Screener with corporate counsel in different location on same team. 30 minutes each. They are big on the STAR format and principles on the website, felt very formulaic and unnatural compared to other interviews.
The recruiter contacted me based on my info and resume already in the system being flagged by a hiring manager. This led to an intro screener call with the recruiter, which was followed by a screener call with counsel prior to loop.
Very difficult interview process. Probably the hardest interview I’ve ever had. Have tangible examples of prior experience and understand that that still may not be enough to get you through.
