- Screening interview: to identify fit to the position. Some questions were more difficult for someone not experienced on cloud, but it was not an issue.
- Loop (1 day) with 6 interviewers: all behavioral questions related to the leadership principles.

Entrevista
Painful and poorly managed but met some good people along the way. Most indicated they were not overly excited about AWS but didn’t mention leaving at all. HR was logistics coordinator for over 10 different meetings that took at least 3-4 days of time to prep and participate in.
