I got an offer from the recruiter from LinkedIn. I applied the tech U program. The position was in Seoul. After submitted the resume and online assessment test, they got a phone interview. I interviewed one on one and he asked a lot of technical questions…and nothing about LPs. I think its for final round

First you apply, then do online assessments and interview after passing the online assesments. Online assessment is mostly situational and test your AWS knowledge. Then you have an oline interview which comprises of situational and technical questions mostly.

I had a 4 hours interview with 4 different Amazonians via Chime. The first two Amazonians asked me half technical questions and half behavior questions, the last two Amazonians asked me all the behavior questions.
