I started out with a Phonescreen and then there is a Virtual loop, 4-5 rounds (2 codings, 2 behavioral). about 60 mins each round. Science depth and ML system design as well.

Loop interview with focus on leadership principles and how you have demonstrated those same principles in past experiences. Answer in the STAR method. Have to really show how you encompass the leadership principles in your examples and having statistics in your examples would really help. for example: “I managed a project and helped the customer save 70% time and efficiency compared to before they incorporated the solution”
