I applied through an AWS job portal. The process took around 3 weeks. I interviewed in Jun 2025. I skipped the screen check and I got an interview directly with a Cloud operations Architect.
The person only focused on technical questions, system design and little on behavior at the end,
The interviewer seems frustrated in the beginning, yet quickly changed their mood, and make it a good experience. Overall good.

Entrevista
I was referred by an employee, so they (somehow) skipped the screen check and I got an interview directly with a person. The person only focused on general technical questions and little on behavior, which made the interview really impersonal and boring. The interviewer had no experience in talking to people, it looked like he was asking Google for results. Really sad. Probably the worst interview of my life. It looks like this company makes an effort to make interviews really bad, as bad as possible, like they don't want you to work there. Amazing.
