The difficulty is earned and legitimate—you're being evaluated against an exceptionally high bar. However, the lack of interim feedback represents a missed opportunity to enhance an otherwise exemplary candidate experience. Despite this gap, the process feels professional, fair, and aligned with AWS's values of operational excellence.
