The interview process was smooth and professional, starting with a phone screening and followed by an interview loop, all structured around AWS leadership principles, making it both engaging and insightful.

Know the leadership principles, include them in stories and experience. Interview was online which was easier. 2 45 minute interviews with two different people. Overall was good and the interviewers were friendly and helpful
