Phone screen with HR, then Phone interview with hiring manager. From some of the statements it is clear they value workaholics. There was a lot of discussion how they value driven people and I sensed given the innovation of their technology they expect people to be grateful for an opportunity. That being said, it seemed that they were also looking for someone who could drive tough decisions, but balance team involvement (i.e. not dictate). In the end, I didn't connect with the hiring manager.
