Entrevista
After I applied, I got a phone call from HR recruiter for my first interview. I had my first phone interview with HR which took 45 min, they asked me my prior experiences and projects and also my salary expectations.
Second interview was with the manager, it also took like 50 min/1 hour. Again, they asked my projects, challenges and risks I took.
Last interview was in Luxembourg, I was invited to Luxembourg and had series of interviews with HR and 3 different managers, in total 4 interviews in a row.
2 days after this interview, they told me that I will get an offer and 1 week after I received the offer.

Have you ever find a simple solution for a complex problem?
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
