Phone call w recruiter to go over process. Initial Interview w team member, if that goes well there’s a panel round. Recruiter was really helpful. Standards Amazon tell me about style questions.
First started with phone screen with HR. Next round was an all day virtual interview with future manager, skip manager, one teammate, and a technical interview with someone on AWS. Asked standard “tell me a time when…” questions that related to the leadership principles and a few follow ups for additional info.

Tell me about a time you made a decision without manager approval. How did you know it was the right decision? What was the outcome?
Good experience, all interviewers were professional and friendly. Red flags from hiring manager, however. Interview was conducted over 3 days, all interviews were online. Declined the offer due to changes in personal circumstances.
