First round of interview was by Hiring Manager , who was screening for the Job Requirement.
They followed their internal process of assessing across the Leadership Principals and Behavioral aspects for the role .
The interview process was very detailed. It was challenging but in a good way. They make sure you're a good fit for the position, as well as for the company.
