Interview process was a little long but not too difficult, the first was a phone call where they asked a few basic questions about excel proficiency and what random functions do. Then I had the one day long interview with 6 different people where they asked a series of behavioral questions related to leadership principles and how those interplay with what I do in my current role. It gets tiring because they don’t want you to repeat answers but they do ask you a lot of questions and only give you about 5-10 minutes at the end of each interview to ask your interviewer any questions. Study the leadership principles, think carefully about your answers and prepare 1-2 answers per question related to a problem/project you worked on at your last job. Be prepared for follow up questions, they dig into your answers. Have stats related to the impact of your decision. Preparation is key to being successful in their interviews. Received a very good offer and decided to accept.

Entrevista inicial muito boa e esclarecedora com equipe de RH, deixando claras as expectativas de modo geral em ambos os lados. Entrevista com gestão da área um tanto quanto “estranha” e parecia que a pessoa estava com pressa, cortava a todo momento e redirecionava o tema da conversa.

This stage is characterized by a high-intensity, rapid-fire format that intentionally strips away "small talk" to maximize the evaluation of your professional competencies and situational judgment.
6 back-to-back interviews - loop round.
Mix of HM, peers, and cross-functional team members. The interview process relies heavily on their leadership principles, with 1-2 curveball questions. The answers should preferably quantify your problem, measurable outcome and what you may have learnt out of it.
