The interview process involved multiple interviewers, many of whom seemed to lack recruitment experience. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue, they primarily read pre-prepared questions, which made the interactions feel impersonal. Furthermore, these interviewers did not appear to have direct experience or a working relationship with the role I was applying for, resulting in a lack of relevant information and insights about the position. The sheer number of interviews was excessive, leading to a significant time investment for both the candidate and the non-recruiter interviewers, who undoubtedly have other responsibilities. This redundancy seems inefficient and could be streamlined to respect everyone's time better. Finally, the lack of feedback at the end of the process was disappointing. Receiving an automatic rejection email, particularly after advancing to the final stages, felt impersonal and dismissive. Candidates who invest considerable time and effort in preparation and interviews deserve at least a personalized note with constructive feedback.
