Applied and got ghosted, requires PhDs for my field to even get a call back. Amazon has froze hiring and won't hire new workers unless they have significant experience in the field. Long gone are the days of large cohorts hired every year.

Interview on Feb 5, last about 55mins, virtual meeting. 1 interviewer and 1 shadow interviwer. Introduce ourselves 5mins, ask two behavior quesitons and one case study 45mins and me asked questions 5mins.

Tech question: Amazon HR team has implemented "talking with employee program" to reduce the quit and turnover, analyze this porgram.
Was a general IQ test + 3 interviews with the HR then 2 managers with different profiles, first a hard one, pressuring during the interview and the second one a "good cop"
