Straight forward and consisted of LP and technical questions. Technical portion consisted of windows, networking and linux questions. LP portion consisted of answering questions about the 14 LPs using the STAR format.

Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
