It was nice and quick, Took less than 10 minutes and it was on-site. I believe they hire any and anyone based on the people that were around me. You would see people of various age ranges and backgrounds.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
