Super fácil, lo hacen sentir muy bien. Dura poco y el assessment es bastante sencillo. Los managers son personas que hacen muy bien su trabajo. En sí todo el proceso dura casi como un mes, eso no me gustó mucho, pero es bastante sencillo el proceso de selección y entrevistas.

The interview was conducted by another associate, so I did not feel a strong sense of continuity in the process at first. However, I appreciated that he clearly explained that his role was mainly to gather information and pass it along to HR.

Online Assessment with versent test. After getting selected, a interview was scheduled at Amazon. It takes lots of time. Once you complete the assessment, and it was successful, you can get interview in 30 days
