It was two 30-45 minute interviews, each one on one with different individuals. The questions were straightforward and what you would expect. After that, a few weeks for a response/decision.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Total 2 rounds of interview in one day. Mostly behavioral questions such as 'what are you gonna do if...' super simple questions. Honestly didn't even need to prepare and finished early.
