Star method. Learn Amazon’s pillars and use them to tell a story using the format to represent yourself in a positive way. You need to be able to describe the situations step by step.

6. Give me an example of a time when you showed initiative.
7. Give me an example of a time when you motivated others.
8. Tell me about a time when you delegated a project effectively.
9. Tell me about a time when you coached someone.
10. When have you used your fact finding skills to solve a problem?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.

STAR method is a must. very results focused so add what you contributed. had 3 back to back interviews that were quick and they spent most of the time reading and taking notes
