It is pretty chill, nothing too crazy. You just have to tailor your answers to the leadership principles. Although you do not need to dress professionally, I would still say dress professionally.

straight forward a lot of behavioral questions and asking about what ifs. 2 rounds overall 45 minutes. make sure to prep for behavioral questions. Overall very easy interview if u prep properly and focus on using STAR method

More personality wise more than anything. They want some experience to do with supply chain. So I worked in a warehouse and I talked about that. I honestly thought the interviewers were really sweet and they bounced off of you a lot.
