Entrevista
Primero, aplicar online. Posteriormente, una entrevista telefónica y después un panel de tres entrevistas seguidas. Cada entrevista unos 45 minutos. Muy importante estudiarse los LPs y crear ejemplos siguiendo el STAR method.
Pongo experiencia negativa porque ni si quiera se molestan en llamarte o escribirte un email para comunicarte que han seleccionado a otro. Se limitan a enviarte un correo automático básico de que estás fuera.

La entrevista esta basada en 14 leadership principles de amazon. No inventar nada, solo seguir los principios de liderazgo. Metodo star, todo con data y resultados medibles de tus acciones

Participated in 3 online interviews with different personnel. Focused on past situations regarding decision making, problem solving and interpersonal skills. The interviewers asked questions and I had to answer using the STAR Method. In the final interview, analitical skills were requiered.
