The interview process started with an online application through the company’s careers page. After a few days, I received an email for an initial screening round.
The first round was an online assessment that included coding questions and aptitude-based problems. After clearing the assessment, I was invited for technical interviews.
There were 1–2 technical rounds focusing on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. The interviewer also asked questions related to core concepts and previous projects.

LONG. A screening interview, an exercise, plus 8 hours of interviews. Best part was the conversation with a "peer" who was outside the process , but provided lots of insight into Amazon, compensation and negotiation, culture etc. They use STAR format interviews. They LOVE their 300 million leadership principles. Ha. If you need that many, you don't have good leadership.

the worst they take a quiz thats it no interview nothing, i think that is a fake thing and a total waste of time they tell yoou to be in a good condition this and that and all
