Sourcer reached out via email to schedule a short screening. Scheduling was very easy through the app. The screening interview took about 25 minutes. Questions were mostly around my recent experience and current job. Questions were not difficult to answer. They seemed very interested and said that I was a great fit. However, I never heard back from them again.
