First step is completing an online test. Second step is phone screening. Third step is a 3 pannel interview 45 min each. They only ask behavioural questions based on Amazon leadership principles for this role.

Q. Tell me about a time you helped groom a fellow collegue or team. Q. Tell me about a time you faced challenges within your time. All questions are answered in STAR format.
Typically starts with a recruiter phone screen, followed by an online assessment for technical roles. Interviewers evaluate both job skills and how well you demonstrate Amazon’s Leadership Principles through behavioral questions. One interviewer is often a “Bar Raiser,” whose role is to maintain hiring standards and probe deeply into your experience, decision-making, and impact.

Very structured, using the leadership principles. It felt a little mechanical but very thorough. Limited interest in WHY I was interviewing. Great advice from recruiter in the process leading up to the loop.
