I got interviewed by a person in the same position, and told what the job would be about. They asked about my previous experience, which was similar to the described environment, and the offer requirements. No technical questions were asked, and they finished the process without any feedback.

first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
