It was very smooth, even though there were some delays due to the other candidates' interviews management.
Two-step hiring process through video call:
- 1st one was related to behavioural and theoretical questions
- 2nd one was more coding and theory
There was another round actually: it was because I passed all the interviews, however there was no more space for the team I applied for (NLP). So they asked me if I wanted to reach a Manager of another team (ML).

Applied for Amazon AGI. After first round, it will go into full round of multiple interviews. Lots of modern LLM training technic questions. There are still some behavioral questions, but less than general Amazon roles.
Interviewed with 1 phone screen, 1 coding, 2 ml design and 2 lp rounds. Most questions were non-leetcode questions more related to day to day ml implementations. The questions were very practical.
