Entrevista
There were two interviews which were each about 45 minutes long. Questions were based on leadership principles and some scenario based questions. Interview was nothing out of the usual. In addition, they email you information on what to expect from the interview as well as the leadership principles you should be well versed in.

Questions based on the company’s leadership principles.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
