Friendly interview with relaxed atmosphere but make sure to come prepared. However they didn’t really ask anything too much out of the ordinary, but asking questions about the company and role will always give you a bonus point.

Interview was ok. Was asked questions and answered as requested. I asked questions and they were answered as requested. Interview was as expected. Thought there would be more questions but there were not. I had plenty.

They asked me to explain a complex technical problem I had solved, including how I identified the root cause, what alternatives I considered, the tradeoffs involved, and how my final decision balanced accuracy, efficiency, and long term maintainability.

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Amazon for the customer support role role. It was a great experience interacting with the panel and learning more about the company’s vision and culture. I’m grateful for the opportunity and appreciate the insightful discussions we had. Regardless of the outcome, it was a valuable learning experience!
