I replied to job posting, got email with a link to an online assessment. That was mostly behaviour questions. Situations were described and afterwards option of reaction presented, and needed to be assessed how effective each reaction was. After that followed phone pre screening. I did not got further.

Phone screening interview was very chill and very nice lady. She asked me to walk trough my cv, then 2 behavioural question and then technical questions. In the end you have time to ask them some questions
