Basic interview questionnaire and a simulation test was given online to evaluate how well you can follow instructions to sort packages. No person to person interview was given. If you passed the test, you will be contacted to schedule orientation, background check, drug test, etc.

Just went to a building and met with a lady with a room filled with other hopeful job seekers. It was very easy, and what I remember was nothing too challenging

Polite, drug test was taken, told to wait for ERC decision because of shoulder replacements, and did not get an answer back from company. Given a date and dis not received an answer by hire date, fired my for no reason.

Not really an interview. They just kind of hire you. You then go to a place so u can get your badge and first day sorted. They drug test you. Then you go to the site and work
