A total of three interviews. Starting with an online assessment followed by a video assessment and finally a face to face interview.
The face to face interview was informal and the interviewers made me feel comfortable
Prep call with multiple candidates,breakdown of structure, mechanics of role and good pointers as to how best to prepare for interview. Once you get past the application phase, they're really helpful.

How many packages can be packed in a shift by
40 full time employees, who can pack 100/hr in an 8 hour shift.
10 new employees, 8 hours but can only work at 70% of the capacity as the full-time staff.

Did a few online tests and then had 4 interviews. They went silent for two weeks without feedback. I've had to reach out to four people in the company to get a negative without explanation or feedback as it's the company policy.

First stage Interview with someone who already does the role your applying too. involved a few question both general and technical. Generally straight forward but important to read up on Amazon leadership and data skills as those will some questions asked during interview. Always answer in star method.
