Entrevista
3 parts:
1. Online Assessment
2. Phone Interview
3. Loop interview (5 interviews)
Loop interview is exhausting and a bit much. They really dig into every example you provide. Expect to be on the interview for the full 45-60 minutes with not much time left over to ask any questions.
The process took roughly 6 weeks but there was a lot of time between the phone interview and loop and decision (their SLA is 2-5 days, but i had to follow up 2 times to receive a response).
Everything needs to relate back to a leadership principle and you should have clear metrics when asked.
One HR screening, Phone screening, Loop interview with 5 People, Team matching interview. The loop interview was tiring since it was 45mins per interview, and you would have to provide examples for LPs.

Entrevista
Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon
