On line call with another manager. Not sure why they used a person as it could have been a robot from sector 7G, zero interaction, just asked questions about their Leadership Principals, I felt it was a tick box exercise and if you don't tick the particular box, you are out. Very quick response less than 24hours. Seriously who would want to work for an organisation where your manager is a drone/robot?

So far has been a written screener and phone screen. Not very difficult as long as enough preparation has been done. Important to show good work. The virtual interviews will come soon

Behavioral questions. And they expect the answers to be in a STAR format. Situation, Task, Action, Result. Be prepared to answer the same question from multiple interviewers. And they type down most of your answer.
