Worst interview ever had, Interviewer was 10 min late and he has no interest in taking the interview, there were no role based questions asked, instead asked some managerial questions and asked me to write a BinarySearchTree coding challenge, I told him I can explain the concept and tried to design the node of the binary tree , I admitted i was not expecting coding challenge as the recruiter mentioned that the round is based on System design and Architecture discussions. I asked him if i could take another challenge, he gave me anagrams question, which I was able to solve in minutes. I have 12 years of experience , I worked in Germany & US, My tech stack is Java , Spring,AWS , Docker and Kubernates. I am certified in Spring Professional, AWS Solution Architect Associate. I got rejection saying, I am not good at defining the node structure of BinarySearchTree. This is really funny and thought provoking what they are expecting from Cloud Architect Professional? I strongly recommend AWS ProServ team to improve the interview format.. also select Interviewers who has minimum knowledge what the position requires, or if you have already decided some one else, just cancel the interview, its time waste for me to learn about system design and Architecture questions. which I believe the interviewer has no standards about it. I would suggest AWS ProServ team in India to take action on this , or else you will loose reputation
