Three rounds with the final consisting of four separate interviews. Tied more to leadership principles than metrics, but metrics are important. Interviewers were all very kind and did their best to be welcoming. Come in with the right attitude and you’ll be fine.

They asked for examples of behavior situations with both customers and internal stakeholders
The entire process felt like a waiting game. I submitted all of the requested documentation and finally got a telephone interview. The interviewer was not very detail oriented and everything felt rushed and unorganized.

The first stage was a phone interview with a hiring representative from Spain. Most of the questions have been related to my current job, responsibilities and challenges. Make sure to know what is the area of the position you have applied to and prepare in advance.
