Interviewer was not serious at all. Joined the call 15 minutes late, supposed to be a video call and they didn’t turn on their camera, taking notes on telephone call without informing me and there were moments of weird dead silence between questions, jump straight to the questions without setting up the interviews, non professional behaviour overall.

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.
