Not really an interview process. Easy apply with orientation and education video’s attached. Receive start date almost instantly. Wear comfortable clothes , sneakers and prepare to have your paper work. If they ask any questions, it’s, “do you have your social security card? ID? You didn’t smoke did you? Type questions on day one. Good luck to you all

The interview process was fairly easily considering that they didn’t ask much questions on past work experience or case scenarios to test problem solving skills. They just asked if you’d be comfortable working nights, using warehouse machinery and if there’s another location you’d prefer to work at if not the one you’ve applied to.
