GD followed by two interview rounds. First round was non technical. Final interview was tricky with lots of puzzle solving and techno knowledge associated with CV scanning. You have to have a thorough knowledge about your subject and always read Amazon’s ethics and rules beforehand.

Suppose you have to deliver extra 10000 parcels and your delivery guys are on strike. How would you handle the situation?
Very organized and straightforward. Consisted of two rounds, each being 30 minutes. Recruiters/interviewers were personable and nice. I was a little nervous, but the process was easy. I was asked 6 questions before I had a chance to ask the recruiters questions at the end.

Entrevista
(Operations and Logistics) Very well organised, punctual and gave me plenty of room for discussing everything on the CV and what might be relevant for the role. They gave quite a comprehensive guide online as to what to expect from the interview, which — after a thorough look through — can massively increase your chances. Hope this helps!
