Learn STAR method and be prepared to be asked the same LP by diff interviewers. They will give you some hints on what Lps to focus on, but at the end of the day you will need to give them different examples, if the LP is was already asked about.

Entrevista
There were a total of 3 rounds of 45 mins each and questions were all based on leadership principles. Each interview focused on asking questions on 2 leadership principles. Bar raiser was the only one who was asking more in depth questions about the story.
The initial exam was easy and then there is an interview with the team and then with HR. Overall not bad or difficult. The qualifier exam has a lot of aptitude questions
