There are four rounds. The first round consisted of a translation test, which wasn't too difficult, but tight on time. The second is a first interview. Mine was one-on-one with the head of the section to which I was applying. I would advise preparing for the questions. They ask for specific scenarios in which you've provided excellent customer service skills, etc. so it's a good idea to prepare in advance. Following that was another test, focusing on post-editing and editing, if I remember correctly. I didn't make it to the next round, but this is a panel interview with four people!

I applied for this role through internal jobfinder. Application was rejected initially and then moved into consideration after 2 months, probably because it was a lateral movement role and I was a level below it.
Interview with Manager went smooth. I couldn't clear the test thereafter.
The test had sections to check my language ability, copy writing, proof-reading and error corrections in target language [Telugu, in my case].

Entrevista
I completed a test and was invited to take part in a phone interview. The interviewer stood me up. Didn't even bother to cancel last minute or send a word of apology afterwards. The "rescheduled" interview took place a week later. The case-based were quite typical but the interviewer lacked sufficient knowledge to ask relevant follow-up questions and discuss my experience. I was supposed to receive some feedback within a week. It took three weeks. I got an email saying that the phone interview was successful, and asking me to complete another test, which I did. But at the same time I received another email - this one said that I was no longer being considered for the position. Overall, the process was extremely haphazard and unprofessional.

Entrevista
2 rounds of test translations, 1 phone screening interview, 3 x video interviews (1:1). Competency-based questions format. Relate your experiences to the leadership principles, and learn about Amazon’s culture. Good communication throughout and the interviewers were great.
