We then had a 30 minute phone screen whcih had teh regualr questiosn onmetrics, Tough requirements, req load etc. Then they asked me to complet and onlien behavioral assessment. It had subjective questions mostly to judge problem solving capabilities. The duration was 60 minutes or so. It was quote vague and open ended. I got a feedback after two days that they decided not to proceed with me . I'm not sure if I did horrible on the assessment or that was just an obligation since I sent my resume through a referral. Overall an OK experience.
