Very long winded interview process having to jump through 4 different panels from a telephone screen, 1:1 telephone interview, skills test and a panel review videoconference. There was one particular element where a graduate was doing the interview whom had zero knowledge of the job role been applied for and was quite rude and obnoxious and very institutionalised (i.e. didn't have knowledge of life outside amazon).

I had a virtual interview with two individuals separately. The interview consisted of behavior based questions that they wanted you to answer using the STAR method. After the interview they send you an email telling you whether you are moving on to the next step or not.
