Entrevista
There were Five rounds in total. First round was the 'English Grammar Test' Round. It was computer based. 20 sentences were there which needed to be completed by selecting an appropriate word from the four choices. The second round was verbal skills and English fluency round. An HR asked every candidate to talk on any topic for 5 minutes. Third round was Typing tests and listening tests. Then for the fourth round, there was a mock costumer interaction session . Finally there was a general HR interview.

There were no technical questions asked as such. So there's nothing difficult. They just test your English listening, speaking, writing and general communication skills.

Entrevista
The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
