terrible. recruiter calls and says they want to interview for certain position and then they keep cancelling interview for 3 months. one day they finally schedule interview and the interviewer doesnt cover broad topics keeps grilling on one thing he knows.
First meeting with recruiter collected all information. then meeting scheduled with Hiring Manager: Asked questions from the job description but it was vague in which domain they were looking for.
