A very long test that was detailed about managing a team and reading charts. It was very in depth and time consuming. They say they are no wrong answers but I feel as though there might be.

Was flown in for in-person interview. Group of candidates were interviewing the same day and we cycled through rounds of interviews. I believe interviewers were a mix of HR and people in the similar role.

Amazon follows Leadership Principles in day to day operations. On their website they listed their all leadership principles. They will pick 2-3 leadership principles closer to matching role and will ask releted questions based on that during whole interview.
