Lengthy, unstructured interview process. Took almost 5 months to conduct 3 rounds. Got the offer letter 1.5 months after finishing the last round. It was worth the wait though. However some candidates got the offer letter quickly. Easy interview. Nothing technical. Preferably go through an employee referral. Multiple rounds of interview can be conducted on the same day or can take a long time as in this case.

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

What do you understand by insider or internal risk?
Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
