The first round of interviews was with a Sr. Program Manager for 45 minutes over the phone.
The interview will focus primarily on your fit with amazon to understand your working style.
Go through leadership principles and understand how you have exhibited them during your previous experience.

Pregunta 1
Question 1: Introduce yourself and tell your story so far. ( I recommend to keep it short)
After this, the interviewer will ask 2-5 behavioral interview questions.
Behavioral question 1: Tell me about a time where you thought deeply and analytically about a problem and how did you come up with a solution.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
