You have to complete a web hiring process where you will have to complete several tests related to English skills, communication skills, customer service, multitasking, hypothetical situations and how you behave answering technical support questions for an imaginary device
The assessment exam was rigorous in order to test aspiring candidates who had relevant and practical experience for the position they were applying for. Despite this, the entire assessment process was enjoyable to complete, and you'll eventually get a complete picture of the job.
