Finished the final interview and it was long waiting process probably due to COVID-19. The final interview was via Amazon Chime software and had issues with the audio and I needed to reschedule which resulted in another 2 weeks wait. Interview process was scheduled with 2 different individual (manager, tier 2 support) each lasting 45mins. The manager questions were all about Amazon Principles and my work background. Tier 2 support asked several technical questions to test my knowledge. Going back to audio issue, the mic on my laptop worked just fine because I had tested several times before the meeting but this issue occurred twice. First resulted in rescheduling the interview when he could have assisted me in setting up the dial-in option but instead he tell me that we already burned 10 mins into my interview so we should reschedule. Not to mention that he was few mins late in to the interview. Second meeting started with audio issue again so opted for dial-in audio right away so I wouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks. I would strongly recommend for people that have their interview via Chime to be aware of audio dial-up option if audio issue rises. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for a week or two for the interview. The second Manager had informed me that they have issues with some users. Select option (under settings on top I believe) for Dial-in for audio and dial the toll-free or direct number and entering the meeting number will connect your phone into the meeting. The numbers are displayed on the same page you select Dial-in. Hopefully people reading this review don't waist their time like I have.
