Es gab 4 Räume in denen jeweils verschiedene Personen von unterschiedlichen Abteilungen saßen welche einen nach Beispielen aus dem eigenen Leben/Karriere fragen die zu den Amazon Leaderships passen. Zudem wurde ein kleiner Excel Test gemacht

2. 4 Interviews with the team (Loop Interview)
Typical Behavioral Questions with the Leadership Principles. There was a Prep Call with HR beforehand. They always want to know what your learning is from certain situations. Interviews were 45-60min each. Got rejected by a call after the last round. Passed the loop but they hired someone with more experience in this industry.

The standard Amazon interview- five different people asking questions based around the Amazon leadership principles. Prepare examples of those and it's straightforward enough. The recruitment process can be long though.

Describe a time you made a decision that differed from the planned strategy and why it felt like the best course of action
Interviewer was cold -- no typical pleasantries/greetings. Just jumped right into several "tell me about a time" scenarios, including returning to one (more than once) that I hadn't experienced. Was an odd interview.

Tell me about a time when there was a conflict between two stakeholders and how did you handle it. I never had that happen, but she pressed and pressed. I presume it was a line item on a list of questions they were asking.
